    Shelter Taiwan computer maker Acer is still stun mobile smartphone community and that can really outshine competing handsets from major brands. But it felt like history has been opened on the phone before the holidays - the Acer Liquid A1 . Acer just jumped the gun and beat some big brands to come out into the world's first Android smartphone Qualcomm Snapdragon processor power.
